The remaining balance amount was provided to you during the live claim.
Remaining balance payments are non-refundable, as all claimed items are held specifically for you.
Remaining balances must be paid within 24 hours of being told your total on the live.
If the remaining balance is not paid within 24 hours:
Your items will be released and you will not be able to claim again.
Once the remaining balance is paid, your order will move into processing and shipping.
This ensures fairness during live claims and prevents abandoned orders.
