• Cupcake toppers are TWO layers only

• Customers may choose glitter or non-glitter backing

• All cupcake toppers will include food-safe clear acrylic rods

• Couture Customs by Gina does not provide licensed or copyrighted characters

• If a character or logo is requested, customer must purchase and provide their own design file (ex: Etsy.com or another digital marketplace)

Once your design has been discussed and agreed upon, an invoice will be sent via email.
Invoices must be paid within 24 hours to secure your order and begin production.

Orders will not move forward without invoice payment.
